  • Our items, including supplements, injectables, and other health-related products, are perishable and require proper handling.
  • Once a product has left our facility, we cannot ensure that it remains in a condition suitable for redistribution.

2. Safety and Health Concerns

  • For the safety of all customers, we cannot resell items that have been shipped out, as we cannot verify their storage conditions or handling once delivered.
  • This policy ensures compliance with health regulations and maintains the trust of our customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We understand that issues may arise during shipping. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to assist you:

1. Reporting an Issue

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any damaged or incorrect items.
  • Please provide clear photos or videos as evidence to support your claim.

2. Assessment and Resolution

  • Upon receiving your report, our team will assess the issue.
  • If applicable, we will arrange for a replacement of the item at no additional cost.

3. Limitations

  • Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for a resolution.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery will not qualify for replacement.

Order Cancellations

While we aim to process your orders promptly, we allow cancellations under the following conditions:

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Orders may be canceled if the request is made before the order is shipped.
  • Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

2. Sales Are Final After Shipment

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it is considered final and cannot be canceled.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds due to the no-return policy. Exceptions are only made if a replacement item cannot be provided for a verified claim regarding damaged or incorrect items.
